This policy describes the data handling of the Study Timetable Maker website as packaged here. Hosting configurations and any services added after deployment may change what data is processed, so this policy should be reviewed when the site is updated.

Information you enter in the planner

The timetable planner runs in your browser. Subject names, time settings and timetable entries are not sent to a planner account or application server by the included code. If you select “Save on this device,” the plan is stored in your browser's local storage on that device. Anyone with access to that browser profile may be able to view or alter the saved plan. You can clear it using your browser's site-data controls; the planner's Reset button resets the current form but does not remove an earlier saved plan.

Hosting and server logs

When you visit a website, the hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device details, and error logs to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service. The precise data, retention period and access controls depend on your hosting provider and configuration. Check your host's privacy documentation and update this policy if needed.

Email enquiries

If you email umairabdullah668885@gmail.com, the sender address and the information in your message will be processed to receive and respond to your enquiry. Email providers may also process message metadata and content under their own terms. Avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The included website does not install an analytics service, advertising scripts, tracking pixels, embedded media or a third-party cookie-consent tool. The planner uses browser local storage only when you choose to save a plan; local storage is not the same as a server-side account. Your hosting provider or infrastructure may use necessary technical mechanisms that are outside these static files.

Advertising is not activated in this package. If Google AdSense or another advertising service is added later, that service may use cookies or similar technologies and process information to deliver, measure or personalize advertising. Before activation, update this policy to describe the actual service and implement any consent or privacy controls required for the countries and services involved. Do not assume that this current policy alone satisfies those requirements.

Sharing and retention

The website code does not sell or transmit planner entries to the site owner. Hosting providers and email providers may process information as described above. Email is retained as needed to handle the enquiry and maintain reasonable records; hosting log retention is controlled by the host. Browser-saved plans remain until overwritten or cleared by the user or browser.

Your choices and rights

You can choose not to save a timetable, clear local site data in your browser, or contact us about a privacy question. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights. For a request or question, email umairabdullah668885@gmail.com. We may need enough information to identify and respond to the request, but please do not send identity documents unless specifically necessary and requested through an appropriate process.

Children

The site is a general study-planning resource and does not intentionally request sensitive information from children. Parents or guardians who have a privacy concern may contact us using the email above.

Changes

This policy may be updated when site functionality, hosting or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when substantive changes are made.
